Canadian Tire service center in Kelowna, BC is horrible the mechanics have no idea what they are doing. The counter staff is rude!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE, THEY WILL SCREW IT UP!

Well, where do i start? I took my Jeep there because the rear breaks were chattering. I ended up getting a brake job and out of pocket $660.00. When i picked up the Jeep i noticed a bit of chattering again but thought it was due to the parts being new and had to settle in. When i got home to Calgary the problem was worse than when i took it to the dealership in the first place. So i went to a Can. Tire here in Calgary to see what they could find. They said i needed to replace the emergency brake pads and my rotors were warped and needed to be replaced. It would cost almost $400.00 for this. They said they never machine rotors as it is does not work. (The Kelowna store machined my rotors but only one side of them. ???) I did not even know there was such a thing as "emergency brake" pads! I called the Kelowna store and hoped they would help out and enlighten me. I talked to a girl named Heather and she was very uninformed and rude. She said they were only human and make mistakes too. I'm so glad they are only human. She also said that my trip to Calgary was what caused the brakes to act up again. I asked her if that was reasonable to expect the new, expensive brake job they did to only last 800 kilometers. She did respond to that question. I ended up hanging up on her and now will do the brakes myself as it is the only way to get it done right. I now have to buy new rotors and emergency brake pads after having spent so much there thinking these guys were the experts. Like a previous poster said, "their mechanics do not have a clue what they are doing". I will never, ever, in my life go to a Can. Tire store again.

It would be the Jeep, not the mechanic. Jeeps are notorious for that. My advice is to sell it and buy a real truck, then again most Jeep owners are useless sacks of sh_t anyway, you seem to fit the profile.
