Multiple problems with service many times.When a client is oven an hour to buy a battery,being sent to 5 lineups because of incompetant employees,not being looked after properly after mistakes that send a client to 5 lineups,is awful.Today was one of several times of this kind of service.Oh yeah,when I got home they forgot the screws for the battery and had to return(in line again)to get them.Couldn't they have had the screws ready for me?I did call and say I was coming.6 lineups for a battery.AMAZING.Total time to buy battery with travelling......21/2 hours.One lineup was 20 minuits!
