Good luck getting anyone in the auto parts and that includes the kid that's suppose to be the manager to know what your talking they all spend alot of time hiding in the back peeking around the corner to see if your gone so they dont have to help you

This is probably one of the worst stores in Victoria for any type of auto service or trying to get any help at the parts counter.The kid in the auto service center seemed so confused and rambled on about nothing flailing his arms when he got confused and getting a battery from the parts counter was a complete nightmare I just gave up and left.

Every time I go in that store I am greated by smiling happy staff, exceptional Hardware Department! Excellent store Manager!!! He knows the bussiness & has his staff pumped!! Well done

This would be the best Canadian Tire in Victoria, The Manager actually works right on the sales floor with his staff & you can tell right away by the sense of urgency by the clerks! You always get friendly hello & feel like your in your store.I really appriciate the maturity of the staff & the propduct Knowledge they have, that is why Douglas street Canadian Tire is my store!

yeah they probably are smoking weed because for one....they leave in b.c. , so anyone insane enough to have to deal with jerky customers as yourself probably needs to be high, and secondly retail store employee's only work a few times a week, so as often as you shop they work. Is it so hard to walk around a store? just saying.
I think all the Canadian Tire's do an average job their no worse than any other store.
