If yo can't be bothered to learn how to do a job correctly, scoop ice cream or flip burgers then.

RogerRZ, you are stupid. You obviously dont work there and if you do you are a 40 year old loser dedicating his life to crappy tire. You cant be expected to know everything about everything for getting paid Mininum wage and getting 25 hours a week. SO SHUT UP!

My my. A bit testy, aren't we. The truth hurts, I'm afraid...

I have to say, most people at Mickey D's are paid minimum wage, and seem to have quite a bit more stride in their step than the average Canadian Tire bloke, no?

I guess that's the product of an equation that in addition to profits, head office puts a bit of emphasis on "customer service", something completely alien to the CT organization.

i work at the biggest canadian tire in canada (Dartmouth Crossing, Wiki it if you don't belive me) and it is impossible to know everything in our store. i work at customer service and i get constantly asked how things work/will it look good with/ ect ect ect. i try my hardest to help every customer(which usually involves me calling the department) but they usually don't know much more. and it always seems to be customer service's fault. its frusterating that these stupid people can't do some research of there own, instead they expect students to know.

So the customers are stupid because they expect the seller of a product (you people) to know what they're selling? Give me a break.
