Sign the Petition Against Canadian Tire

theres a website dedicated to how much ct sucks. does it not alarm the corp. heads that they might have some issues they need to work on? canadian tire "sucking" is nothing new its been that way as long as i can remember.
just yesterday i bought a set of brake pads, from a ct 200 km from my home i might add, today i tried to change the pads. wrong pads. of course. i called the store in grande prairie, talked to the woman who sold them and she said "in my defence, all these young guys that work here are always asking me questions, thats probably how i mixed up your order." well, its a long weekend, my vehicle is up on blocks, the real vendors such as bumper to bumber and uap napa arent open for another 2 days, but atleast i dont have a bunch of young guys asking me questions. just my family asking why we cant go anywhere for the long weekend. makes me sick

No, a website a pathetic loser made to comaplain about CT would not concern the Corp. Get real you dip shits, they are a big bussiness. Even if they were perfect, which they are not even close (to even being good) they could not make everyone happy no matter what they did. They make good money and have many repeat customers, as a whole ct does very well. So the loss of your business and the creation of this site would not bother them.

right on brother. We don't care about the whiney customers who think they're entitled to waste our time. If the product doesn't work then why did they get it in the first place? Stupid people.

It's to bad things have to get this far. Did you ever notice that things do not happen the way you want them to go, anywhere you shop ? Alot of the things you say is true, but by now you should know better. You should be taking the precautions of the (what and what not,) of services and products you can purchase at CT or any other retailer. You my friends are experiencing what everyone in the rest of this world is and has been for decades. Your not alone. I deal with the Port Hawkesbury NS store, and have good to great results. You have to get to know your mechanic that you wish to have work on your vehicle, and firmly request that he/she actually performs the work. As far as buying parts,the same applies. Don't assume that everyone knows or should know everything. You have to pick your merchant and stay with them, to get good results. The best thing at CT a lot of people do not agree with me, is buying tires. Road hazard warranty, and with the extended warranty, means free tires every two seasons. Trust me. But you will have to figure out that one on your own. With all that been said, I therefore refuse to sign this petition. Sorry that you all have so many problems!!!
