Has anyone ever tried their luck with a letter to corporate re. ct complaints?
Have you ever gotten any feed back or follow up from the bosses in Toronto?
Or does the shit really start at the top?

They never helped me at all. They just deferred to the store management as if they were a bunch of eunuchs at head office. Hence, I have not been a CT customer for nearly 8 years.
