Customers who lie???

Why is it whenever a customer gets angry at Canadian Tire they stomp their feet like a two year old and tell them they "will never shop at CT again" but then the following week there they are shopping!

Anyone approaches me with a good attitude, admits their role in the problem (ie. Made a mistake on purchase, need your help, anything you can do?) types.....then I will bend over backwards trying to help them.
If on the other hand, you are a complete asshole, use threats, swear at the staff, etc., then I show them the door and ban them for life. Let Walmart and the others deal with the assholes of the world....if they have poor management and don't do the same, then many of their good staff get tired of the abuse, quit and come and work for me....it's been working so well for over 20 years, that I have very little turnover, a stress free work environment and staff that would go the extra mile for the customer and me.
Hint: eventually the true assholes run out of places to pull their crap.
