I went to Canadian tire to buy an eliptical a couple of months ago. I filled out the application for a Canadian tire card to put the purchase of the eliptical on. The credit company was closed already, so customer service told me they would contact me the next day, but they didn't, so I went into the store (on 90th ave and Mcleod Calgary).
