    Employees

Tried today to find any info on which bikes were on sale, and no one there with half a brain to help me out
I understand that they do not get paid very much, but don't they realize that if they can't help anyone with anything then there is no need to have any employees on the floor- period
all the good people that used to work there got canned because a new owner moved in and brought people from her old store
will not deal with simcoe ctc anymore, good thing Walmart moved in right down the street
I definatly would not buy any stocks into Canadian tire, you'll loose your shirt if you do!

One thing at a time. You can't build a house until the foundation is laid.

    Thumbs up Re: Employees

Totally agree. The best dude they had there was in the sports department. He was a dashing young fellow and was their bicycle mechanic- he knew bikes, very handsome as well. Then they had some honky hammer the bikes together which didn't go well. Now, they have no one. Go to a pro shop, but don't speak to a teenager, you're brakes will be all wrong.

I would like to suggest that you contact myself with any problems at this location as I am the General Manager. I am sorry to hear that there was an issue with your shopping experience. The day that you were in the store was the busiest day of the year for our location, but that should not be an excuse for you not receiving the help you needed. Also, the bike builder and employee that Chase spoke about is still with the store and as part of the new ownership I can tell you that I have not fired anyone from this location. If you would like to speak further please email me at comments@canadiantiresimcoe.com. Thank you, Brian.
