We had a used engine put in our 95 windstar($2500). It broke down near Swift Current when I was driving across the country. Remember this van is in mint condition, the old engine had just over 260 000km. The interior was perfect, not one stain or mark. The body just had work done to it. I take pride in my belongings. We pick up the van and start heading home to Alberta, and 340 km later around Purplespings the van dies. My wife and I push it to a side road off the main hwy. Then arrange for a ride for me my wife and two children to Lethbridge. To make a long long story short. The G.M from Swift Current(Roy Toole) called me at home from his home on our Thankgiving to yell at us (we recorded every converstation on our machine). Telling us that we drove the van into the ground both times and that the warrenty would not be hounered. He told me to shut up at one point. He called 10 times in 40 min. Awsome customer service/harassment. This is one fight we will not loose. That's my GUARANTEE

Sorry to hear about your ordeal. One thing you've surely learned from this is that you don't take things that you have pride in to Canadian Tire.
