I have worked for Malcolm Jenkins Merchandising for a few years.

I just have to say that the staff are great to work with, but the management really sucks. The owner is too busy trying to make a name for himself as a outstanding member of the community.

The General manager sits around and pounds coffee all day in the lunch room
The assistant manger is so busy mouthing off about staff members and people in general, I wonder if he works
The supervisor's aka sheepovisors are usually so busy trying to kiss ass and follow every whim of the uppers, they can't retain staff. Oh yeah, did I mention they cut down on staff so customer service and hole counts etc suffer. Oh well, maybe some more $ can be donated to the community and services. So their staff can doesn't have to suffer when using these services.
