Auto Center - Ill never go to any Canadian tire again

an unwritten policy of only 2 licensed techs? Who's been feeding you this information? It's incorrect

As a General Manager and Service Manager before i became a Dealer I ran three larger Canadian Tires in two provinces. In one I had 10 licensed technicians and 4 registered apprentices and in another I had 6 licensed technicians and 2 apprentices.

I also had a service writer and a backparts guy who were licensed techs who had been injured on the job a decade ago.

yes its hard to find more honest and generous people than the store owners who post here, LOL!

The best part about "that other site" you just linked to is that guess who made an appearance......... DAVIDLER under the name David ahahhaha how do I know? Because in a thread about a bicycle or a treadmill or something his only reply was you're protected by the Consumer Protection Act of 2002 AND that he gets called down by several different posters saying he's an idiot hahah love it
