This is the WORST Canadian Tire store. We bought an inverter from this store but when we brought it home, there was no inverter in the box - only the cables remained. I made several calls to the store and no one answered. When someone finally did -- the manage on duty Freeland Manchester answered. He was brisk on the phone and totally unhelpful. When he said he would transfer me to another department, I begged him not to since I knew no one answered the phones. He was more concerned with his staff meeting than he was with helping me so he tranferred my call, despite my protests. Of course, no one answered. I spent another 20 minutes calling the store, hoping someone would answer. Someone finally did and left me on hold for ANOTHER 25 minutes looking for the product. At this point, if I was wasn't so furious, it would be hilarious, especially since I have no wasted over an hour on the phone with these people. When I phoned back, the customer service woman who answered was apologetic -- she thought her gentleman colleague answered the phone, which of course he didn't. Guess what? They don't have the product in stock. I wish I could have my time back. If this posts convinces even just one person not to shop here, I will no longer think my time was wasted.

I had the unfortunate experience of working there and I will never step foot in that store again. Managers and Supervisors are very lazy and allow all of the hardworking part-timers take the fall for their incompitence. They're stupid and have no organizational skills whatsoever. Hence, the horrible shopping experiences most people have there. Please boycott this store at all costs
