I have always been annoyed with Canadian Tires business practice. It wasn't until a recent experience at the Thornhill store that convinced me never to shop at any of their stores again. Never would I be treated in such a way at Home Depot, Wal-mart or Lowe's. I am no longer going to take the abuse after sinking so much money into this company for years. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm still not finished with CT Corporate but I doubt they will care. This company is an embarassment to Canadian retail.
