Went in for an emissions test, 500$ (and a smoky engine with oil all splashed all over the engine and a forgotten rag on the engine block) later I'm still trying to resolve the problem. The whole staff looks stressed out, , don't seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows in the service they give.
