This is correct, the only problem is that the owners have to do what the Corporation wants or dictates. As far as pay goes, that is the individual owners choice. Same as how they treat customers.

I agree with you, I am pretty disappointed with the employment there, the money sucks but worst of all is how we treat the customers, shameful to say the least.
