I Have similar experience today. I bought my battery from Canadian Tire (Yonge&Steel) on Dec 03 2006. At that time, I pay 90$ for battery and 134$ Labor fee. But Today (Oct 31, 2008) I has to pay 29.99$ test fee and 89.99$ Labor fee. They replaced my battery but the warranty will be one month...
