I have worked for this store for many years and it hurts me to hear this kind of negativity about our store. We work very hard to provide the best service possible to all our customers and many times going out of our way to please, within the perameters provided by CTC or the warranty providers...

I have been to the Campbellford store many times. I enjoy the "country" attitude to us customers. I know of a couple of cases where they have gone above and beyond the norm to accomodate "out of towners" with their automotive problems. I have been to many ct stores and this one is the cleanest...
