    Home Depot is going the way of CT

    When I want service I see my local Home Hardware dealer... at least you know who you are dealing with and have someone to reason with. Having said that, I agree with the above.... good & bad employees everywhere. Retail is a tough business.... glad that I'm not in it.

    Mastercraft Compact Li-Ion Drill, 18V

    had same problem.... got a nice set of 18V Mastercraft tools for fathers day one year.... it went back real quick.

    That LIFETIME warrant isn't worth the paper it is written on. I had a socket completely wear itself out on the inside - as in strip itself clean. All I was doing was removing 1/4" hex screws from my RV (read - extremely soft metal screws that are sunk into wood), not trying to remove rusted up...
