I do agree with you, but customers have to relize that we can't know every product in our store. Don't get mad at me and cause a scene because I don't know something about a vacuum cleaner. Take a chill pill, and wait while I get someone else that might know.

Like I said before, I didn't know about this joke of a website 7 months ago. You can go ahead and think I'm making it up, I really don't care. And just to let you know, the reason our store has such a crappy rating on this website, is because its for people like you that can't return something...
