I think the problem has already been stated in a round about way. 1-Most stores do have crummy employees. There are many that are good as well though. 2-Quite often the people who receive the bad service are usually rude and/or ignorant people. Highly demanding that they're always right...

Actually. Never been a CT employee, so, I can't speak for CT but I know for a fact other large 'hardware' retailers definitely do. Happens more than you think. They'll never do it on large items. They will definitely vary on smaller ones. Just sayin'

Just stumbled upon this forum today. First thing. To the guy putting up such a stink about tires. I'd never put just two new tires on my vehicle. Doesn't take a genius to realize that it's not the greatest idea. Regardless if the other two are winters or not. Personally, I go elsewhere...
