Definitely not at CT!!!

Well, not all CT stores are bad. Brought the battery to another CT store, they did a quick volt test and gave me a new battery no questions asked. Just goes to show how the different owners treat their customers.

Brought a 2 year old battery in for replacement because of not taking a charge. Said they would put on charge for an hour and to come back. Came back an hour later and was told that the battery acid is black and the battery has been frozen. Hello!!! it's September!! They then said it has been...
