In reply to this, and any other parts in which a core charge applies. I went to purchase a caliper for my truck, when i got there the parts person informed me if i brought my caliper back after that i would not get the tax back on the core which worked out to $10.01. I said i did not agree but...

i worked for a canadian tire store from 1989 to 2004 and never charged anyone for a battery test on any battery they brought in, i cant believe they wanted to charge you. especially since it was a battery purchased at ctc. that is very poor customer service!!!
