Experience shows that one has to stick with describing the product, its attributes and personal experience. Anything else to the moderator is "off topic". One can put in a very negative review and have it posted by the CT moderator, but it has to pertain to the product, what t does or does not...
Had the same experience with another negative review. It amounted to sticking to the product itself, not experience with store staff, warranty, pricing or competition. Got the negative review published by focusing on the negative attributes of the product itself and the personal experience with it.

No different than other loyalty programs that get hacked. Customer gets blamed quickly and mostly the situation gets rectified if it becomes a news story. Individual customers generally are left holding the bag.
Corporate isn't involved in hiring. That is up to the local franchise owner or the people hired to manage the place. That leaves the strong possibility in advancement through nepotism and brown-nosing. An employee can get away with a lot if they're friends with the boss.
Happens in Waterloo, ON Weber St. N. location. The staff does put in an effort to locate products. Sometimes they are still in an unopened delivery box and not yet on the shelf. On the odd occasion, had to find it for them. At the very least, their inventory control system needs to be tightened...

It has been a mixed bag for me. Some of the stores have very nice people but most are understaffed and probably suffer from high turnover - hence many lack decent knowledge...
