I've heard that most of the people in the shops aren't actually trained mechanics at all, or every apprentices, but instead un-trained and inexperienced "technicians". This would keep costs down, but also explain why their work is so poor. Horrible!

The pay stub info might be interesting, but don't do anything, just because this obnoxious CT Defender (likely an employee) says they don't believe you.
No matter how much anti-store evidence has been presented, the SAngryTroll always say they are unconvinced.
The important thing is, you've let people out there know what goes on, and consumers can draw their own conclusions.
