Costco? Weekly for the last fifteen years (it was Price Club before, but same efficient staff). The gas grill? I bought it there because of the good service I received when I bought an $8500 wood fireplace two years ago. I also went out of my way to recommend them to two other people who bought the identical unit. Audio/video? Been shopping at the same store over twenty years, and they know me by name. Are they the cheapest? Nope. Customer service? Check.

nobody works there by choice???? thats a crock of shit....most of the people that work there are either students(who could get a job in any retail store) & are paying there way through school or retired people who are bored and just want something to do. just because you have a shitty life dont take your shit out on those workers. if you hate the store so much why did you go back there for the second time...third time...etc??
I'm gonna drop a bombshell, something totally foreign to most CT managers/operators. It's not that hard to do, but you'd think it was:
They open extra checkouts.
75 people at the checkout, less than 5 minute wait.You're so full of it
Moncton, NB. Was there last night, there were 4 checkouts open (2 well trained people operating each), and no more a two minute wait to get at one.
Full of it or not, fact is I spent $200 there, and every employee I interacted with greeted me with a smile. Goes without saying, I'll be back.
FWIW, I get a similar shopping experience at Princess Auto...They sell crap, but at least they stand behind it.
