got in trouble is a relative term first of all as there were no fines, penalties or additional investigations. If you read closely you'll see that it was determined to be a satisfactory outcome according to the investigators report.

I did not say I monitor these folks 24/7 - I believe that would be YOUR exaggeration not mine.
I do however know the individual in question and have mentioned to him that it did come up in a topic of conversation on a forum, he was not familiar with the forum. Nor did he care

Really? Against the law you say? Interesting that it is publicly disclosed on their website, in-store, and on millions of receipts printed year over year. I find it interesting that there has never been a criminal investigation of this apparent illegal activity. Don't worry about all that math. On an anonymous faker advocate site, you can post any lie you want.
Better yet, read all the retailers return policies and privacy statements.....they've all been posted throughout this site, many, many times....kind of all the same on photo I'd may be required. Just more and more math, as they haven't been found to be doing anything illegal in that regard as well. Just millions upon millions of potential cases for illegality, yet you would have people believe you are correct in your opinion. Yeah, fakers sure do have a problem with common sense.

Why so angry Crappy? Are more people finding out about Walmart? Still mad at W5 for telling the truth ? Are more people fed up with you? Are your sales down? Those links from the consumer advocates has got you upset? More and more people seeing through your lies and have had it?That's ok. Go ahead, you know you want to. Blame the customer again. I will keep going to Walmart or Target when they arrive. Me and all the disenfranchised, womens-empowerment gyno-club professors, church goers, litigator wives, top 20 list producers, sorority girls, 9 to 5'ers working-for-the-man minimum wage union loving stiffs, etc. I certainly don't need to dirty my soles in your store. Even if your store was having a blazing going out of business bankruptcy sale I still wouldn't go in. Maybe I would go in just to see the look on your face, and then you could see my ass walk to Walmart or Targets :)

It could be more than 220 locations near you!

So you would think there would be an edict or lawsuit or public admonishment of such a blatantly illegal policy. Yet nothing. I wonder why that is? Are all the governing bodies ignoring some illegality? Perhaps CT is just better at breaking the law than other guys....or perhaps faker advocate loses again and his opinion isn't law. In my opinion, angry Crappy still trying to dirty up the waters. Are you justifying breaking the law? Are you saying that because the official investigation by the Privacy Commissioner wasn't labeled criminal or fined you, that it's less important?

What's wrong with you people? What ever happened to your common sense and following the law?

The privacy investigation was thorough and you got caught Despite having all those signs and policy statements, that didn't stop you from violating the customers privacy, did it!?!? And like someone said before, you'd still be doing it to this day if it weren't for that customer filing a complaint to the Privacy Commissioner, isn't that right!??!?!

LMAO...tax evasion by a dealer....not that I'm supportive, but why exactly was that fraud against a customer? I believe that CTC punted this dealer for the illegality to boot.

Then there's the wrongful death of an employee 15 years ago! Not much fraud in that.

And illegal advertising only 21 years ago....LOL

I heard that litigator wife, DavidLer, Cth8er, Grampa, Gizzard and "unregistered" were heading over to the pastor and congregations's meeting to diss CTC. They don't like stuff, they don't like it at all. I hear they might bring a calculator to help with the math. My math showed 997 customers today, up 8% from last year....but then again, it was the 89th birthday celebration, and the deals were smokin'. Yeah.....all that math! LOL!
