Just like you defend practices of switching receipts and products to get new warranty on old products.
Hope you sleep well at night knowing you're stealing and defending those who steal.
So typical of CT people to falsely accuse anyone who stands in their way.
Did any consumers post here "defending" switching receipts and product or personal gain? No, of course not. The CT defenders would like you to think so, though.
No, all that took place, was a hypothetical debate about whether or not this WOULD count as fraud, if a person had an identical, unopened item at home.
And guess what? It was promptly and decisively proven that it is NOT fraud.
(Did the Crappy Tire people back up their claim that customers had been "convicted" in this situation? Of course not!)
There was also a discussion about returning unopened items within 90 days, if the item went on sale, then 're-buying' it.
In this case, it was quicky revealed that the CT Defenders simply don't like to lose money this way, so they get all whiney when it happens. Who cares? Not savy consumers!
Yes, the deep-seated hostility towards their fellow human being extends well beyond alleged theives, and to honest customers who simply out-smart CT Defenders.
And regular readers of this forum will recognize how the hostility extends to any person who does not simply roll over to the desire of the CT Defenders, when it comes to letting Crappy Tire keep their money.
Nice representation of your beloved company, Crappy Tire Defenders!
Nice job!
