Liana De Santis: Canadian Tire I received a response to the issue I had at the store this week and I am most displeased. The response was a general template however the worst part is that they didn't even take the time to fill in the blanks in the letter, how pathetic. I have brought this to their attention and I am so looking forward to what they have you say. They should take two extra minutes of there time and proof read before they send it out!!!

Stephanie Haynes Went to Canadian Tire in mount pear nll with one tire and a spare rim and asked if they could take 2 minutes to put the tire on the rim cuz my truck was broke down on the side of the road... the service bay was empty and the service manager still said no they couldn't.. they were too busy..looked busy with 4 empty bays!! Walmart in mount pearl did it quicker than I could zip up my jacket for free!! That's customer service!

Brent Decker: Extremely disappointed with the Mt. Pearl Canadian Tire level of Customer Service. My wife dropped off her car yesterday morning at 9:30 to get 4 winter tires (purchased at Cdn Tire no less) installed and it is still not done and will not be completed until tomorrow! Unbelievable! 2 days without a vehicle is just not acceptable!

Wendy Heckbert never ever take your vehicle for anything because they will mess it up or soak you for something else they say they have to fix befor they can fix your original problem. That is after they tear it all apart and can't put it back together until it is fixed their way. Your bill is always 2 or 3 times their original quote. I know from personal experience and I only wanted 2 new tires put on

Lorraine Moores I haven't shopped at C.T. since I had a bad experience with aan expensive appliance and it was a real hassle to return it and get my money back. Their return policy stinks! I suggest if you are going to buy an expensive appliance then you better check their return policy. Just wanted to let you know this.

Joseph Burke A full second opinion! Every time, don't forget, if it is a tech and not a class A mechanic they cannot charge you the book rate, they must use the aprentise rate for the small jobs like tire repair, oil change, and filter change.

Julia Redford u put 4 brand new tires on for my little brother and ten minutes later as he was going around a corner his wheel flew off ?? Wtf?

Mel Skiffington Loved the store in the past, but no more. Bought two new tires last Feb 26th drove less than 10000 Kms and now they are both almost bald. I went (with receipt) to the Canadian Tire I bought and had them installed at and they won't even look at the tires...I was a regular customer but I'm really disappointed and will never spend my hard earned money at your store again.

Carolyn Ingram Please know that the Candian Tire on Hyde park road in London has the worst customer service in the city.

Trevor Cameron For my part. Every time I go into a store I rip those ridiculous 'Great Value' stickers off and throw them on the floor. They are such a blatantly obvious attempt to mislead customers. Even including an expiry date' on a non-sale priced item. This is direct evidence of CT's deceptive business practices.

Mike Sokoloski Canadian Tire is the LAST place I would shop! Once you buy it and walk out the door its Soooo long and forget about bringing it back if it's faulty! Just look at the ratings on your phone under places and see for yourself!

Ulla Grant Waited 25 minutes for them to find 4 cases of mason jars only to be given 1 and the best the manager on duty says is I'm sorry. Great customer service.

Paula Gow Ya...I am seeing all thse posts too and I did NOT like their page! Somehow they have my info though...a contest or something perhaps? At the top of this post it says "Canadian Tire . Suggested Post" and then over a little bit in a little box it says, "Like Page" so I know I didn't like their page! This has to be a privacy violation!!!

Randy Sapunto Peñaranda Customer service at Canadian tire Kingsways is exgremely lousy! I had my tire fixed in that location they did not finished the wheel alignment and they were asking me to come back and book a separate appointment to get it done! Why would they do that?? That doesnt make any sense to me! I tried calling customer service, they said the manager will call me but never did... What an extremely bad service!!!

Will Baillargeon so today I go to Canadian Tire to have my snow tires put on. I have to service guy to take the 4 tires of the rims and put them on the van. the service guy presenting me with the bill. it was over 140 dollars just in labor. when I asked him about it he said it takes 1.6 hours according to the book to do the job. I said to him but it only took 45 minutes. he replied that the book said it shoulda take 1.6 hours and that's what he was billing me for. so buyer beware 75 dollars an hour to have your tires changed. and billed for 1.6 hours when it only took 45 minutes. I called around after the fact to check the prices elsewhere. the competition charged 5 dollars for dismount, and 17 dollars each to mount them. for a total of 88 dollars when trying to pound me for over 144

Wesley Mountfort Ready for winter? these stupid idiots couldnt even change my tires because of a "lug" that was apparently stuck and impossible to get off meanwhile geting home cranked it off with an extended ratchet, not to mention ordering incorrect parts for vehicle these clowns need to shut there automotive shop down how sad is it that these people working cant undo an apparently stuck lug, get new tools cause yours suck if man power can over crank your piece of crap tools. get a life and learn how to do your job
