Mel Skiffington Loved the store in the past, but no more. Bought two new tires last Feb 26th drove less than 10000 Kms and now they are both almost bald. I went (with receipt) to the Canadian Tire I bought and had them installed at and they won't even look at the tires...I was a regular customer but I'm really disappointed and will never spend my hard earned money at your store again.

Carolyn Ingram Please know that the Candian Tire on Hyde park road in London has the worst customer service in the city.

Trevor Cameron For my part. Every time I go into a store I rip those ridiculous 'Great Value' stickers off and throw them on the floor. They are such a blatantly obvious attempt to mislead customers. Even including an expiry date' on a non-sale priced item. This is direct evidence of CT's deceptive business practices.

Mike Sokoloski Canadian Tire is the LAST place I would shop! Once you buy it and walk out the door its Soooo long and forget about bringing it back if it's faulty! Just look at the ratings on your phone under places and see for yourself!

Grace Littler Never ever will I shop at CT! Costs you, and if you lookie see around, you'll find it cheaper somewhere else........sides who's got the time to sit in the kitchen HAHAHA

Hasan Master The customer service is really bad, had a bad experience today. Prefer to buy from Home Depot rather than CT

Ulla Grant Waited 25 minutes for them to find 4 cases of mason jars only to be given 1 and the best the manager on duty says is I'm sorry. Great customer service.

Paula Gow Ya...I am seeing all thse posts too and I did NOT like their page! Somehow they have my info though...a contest or something perhaps? At the top of this post it says "Canadian Tire . Suggested Post" and then over a little bit in a little box it says, "Like Page" so I know I didn't like their page! This has to be a privacy violation!!!

Paula Gow You can HIDE this one post but you can't unlike the page so you don't see future posts b/c I never liked the page in the 1st place!

Jon Aston Please stop spamming my newsfeed with your poorly targeted advertising. Thanks.

    More from Grant:

Grant Kruk Excuse this is a VERY BIG safety concern... Easily fixed by training and maintaining a code and proper coaching of new employees. No Impact Guns until you have proven that you can snug it up and tighten with a torque wench.. seems simple to me...

Randy Sapunto Peņaranda Customer service at Canadian tire Kingsways is exgremely lousy! I had my tire fixed in that location they did not finished the wheel alignment and they were asking me to come back and book a separate appointment to get it done! Why would they do that?? That doesnt make any sense to me! I tried calling customer service, they said the manager will call me but never did... What an extremely bad service!!!

I noticed that the link was via the Crappy Tire f/b page.

Things have sometimes magically disappeared, accidentatlly-on-purpose, so here's the direct link - interesting photos of what a CT "Mechanic" did ...

    Oh-oh!

Will Baillargeon so today I go to Canadian Tire to have my snow tires put on. I have to service guy to take the 4 tires of the rims and put them on the van. the service guy presenting me with the bill. it was over 140 dollars just in labor. when I asked him about it he said it takes 1.6 hours according to the book to do the job. I said to him but it only took 45 minutes. he replied that the book said it shoulda take 1.6 hours and that's what he was billing me for. so buyer beware 75 dollars an hour to have your tires changed. and billed for 1.6 hours when it only took 45 minutes. I called around after the fact to check the prices elsewhere. the competition charged 5 dollars for dismount, and 17 dollars each to mount them. for a total of 88 dollars when trying to pound me for over 144

From CT's FB page: not quite as cheap as you'd expect from a second-tier mechanic shop.
