Alki S.: Sounds exactly like my situation.. wasn't a trampoline, but an item that I'm now forced to deal with ... ummm.. nobody.. because the manufacture says too bad... and Canadian Tire says too bad... maybe instead of buying up all these little companies they should focus on serving their customers and ope that repeat business will win them more profits and hopefully from word of mouth will gain more customers... but guess what.. they don't care.. must be why they call their Customer Service department, Customer Relations. because Service is something they don't provide!!!!!!!!!!!!!
