My digital account was empty of all its CT money 500KM from where I live. And no, I didn't lost my cards or anything.

So be warned, there's a security problem with their system so be carful if you have a lot of CT money on your card.

Also, Canadian customer support is handling this very poorly, nothing was done in the last 2 weeks and they cannot give me
a date as when they will investigate this.

As you can guess, I'm avoiding going there anymore...
