Hello everyone,
New member here. I like what I see and I hope this site expands. It must be promoted. I have been shopping at CT for so many years. They have always been behind in customer service, but somehow I have managed to slip through many of the terrible experiences others have had. That is not to say I haven't been treated poorly there in the past. I have. However, my latest experience tells me that I will NEVER set foot in Canadian Tire again. I have had it. With Home Depot, Wal-Mart and now Lowe's, I don't need them. There is a HUGE difference in the level of service given. Even Rona does better than Canadian Tire when it comes to customer service. I'll post my story on this site shortly and will do everything I can to educate others on this pathetic company.
