I'm sure that the executives at Canadian Tire know that they suck. While looking for an appropriate domain name, I tried all the obvious ones like www.canadiantiresucks.com or www.crappytire.com, but they were already registered. Can you guess who owns the domain names? Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited. I guess a few other dissatisfied Canadian Tire customers/employees got there first.

Here is a list some of Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited own domain names.
  • crappytire.com
  • crappytire.net
  • crappytire.org
  • canadianfattire.com
  • canadiantiresucks.com
  • canadiantiresucks.org - This one was quickly bought after the canadiantiresucks.net(this site) was.
Feel feel to post here any others you know of.

Seems like smart marketing on their part.
Why WOULDN'T they try to protect themselves from sites like this?
I think it shows that someone in their marketing and/or IT groups has their stuff together!

What I do think is that "Admin" set up this site hoping that CTC will offer a nice fat cheque to buy it. Also a pretty smart scheme (credit where it is due) - get some people on here, show it to CTC, and wait for the offer to buy. Then move on to the next retailer, get a site name, try to get it bought out.
Not a bad little career you are developing here Admin! I can see the possibilities now... 7elevensucks.net, Essosucks.ca, dairyqueensucks.org. Brilliant!
Just remember, they don't make "Eliminator" parts for your Benz.

Why should they have to?

They should just try not sucking...

Princess Auto, who I have to say sell cheap crap, at least stands behind it. If it breaks, they replace it or help you with your problem. No hassles.

At CT, you're directed to a 1-800 number on the packaging, take a hike, you're on your own, pal...

Funny there isn't a PA sucks site, isn't it?

Funny how a site that would be 'happy to get a fat cheque from CTC' would actually allow such unsubstantiated garbage to be published uncensored...

Don't make me laugh with your feeble charade, when it is known that the CTC official site, canadiantire.ca under the pretense of political correctness, while making sure any possible blame concerning a product that is sells will actually fall on the user, actually takes full unilateral control of any user reviews and only publishes what it deems politically useful while dismissing anything that actually exposes serious flaws with its products...

I guess this isn't any news to the long time users of this site, but you know where you can stick your hypocritical comments, don't you, Mr Troll.
