More on this - not a happy ending!
Liana De Santis: Canadian Tire I received a response to the issue I had at the store this week and I am most displeased. The response was a general template however the worst part is that they didn't even take the time to fill in the blanks in the letter, how pathetic. I have brought this to their attention and I am so looking forward to what they have you say. They should take two extra minutes of there time and proof read before they send it out!!!
