Two words: Sickening and Incompetent.

Ask ten people in the city of Kingston what they think of this store. Five will say it's well-known to be poorly run and the others will say they have been personally screwed over or insulted by one or more managers. Plus the restrooms are always disgusting. I hate to say it - WalMart is a superior retailer.
