Ever heard of Mitchell or others....they tell you how long a job should take...by the hour. If a mechanic can do it quicker than the estimated time, then that's profit in the bank....amazing how only the first start of the story is told....kinda like the poker player that never loses....when it goes the other way....you all stay silent.
Legitimate businesses are in it for profit....longevity depends on it.
There certianly is a lot more to the story - like the damage they caused to the vehicle. A shockingly common event when consumers leave their vehicles with the likes of these Crappy People.
That's in addition to the over-charge on hours, by the way.
