Same thing happened to me, swore I would never go back for repairs. Went back for tires, the tire installer undid one lock nut on my front wheel went on the back wheel didn't put the lock socket in correctly spun it and broke it. They came to tell me, saying it's not their fault, sending me back to see the last mechanic because it was his fault. They broke the lock socket and said that it's because the bolts were too tight. Canadian tire hires untrained personel for oil changes and tire change, they don't know what they're doing, when they make a mistake they don't even take responsibility for it. Went to the other mechanic, he looked at me and smiled, took a special tool they came out in no time. STAY AWAY FROM THE AUTOMOBILE SIDE. I complained to the owner, he said that his personel is excellent, of course they're untrained, minimum wage, when they make mistakes they don't pay for them.
