Hit & miss. Parts counter is terrible service. Too many kids, not enough experienced people. Often there is nobody at the desk.....in summer time. Excuse me? Used to work at one in Ontario 20 years ago. Summer was jammed packed at the parts counter all day every day.
Did some rennovations recently. There were huge numbers of staff setting up and moving product. Hardly anyone in the store for assistance. I think their motto is "put as much shit in the isles as possible and we don't need support/service".
Had several rain checks. They insist on you leaving a number, but have never once called me back.
Other than that, it's great Clean store, have most things in stock, don't have to wait forever at the checkout.
As for the poll, too many questions bunced together. Might want to rewrite.
The people who worked there didn't seem to be very knowledgeably and could not offer any solutions. Except in the Mechanic department. They were helpful and professional.
