I think all Canadian Tires in British Columbia must have lousy management as I have yet to find one with even a majority of helpful, friendly, courteous staff. This store at Grandview and Bentall is no exception.
I will not purchase anything at Canadian Tire because their return policy is what sucks the most. I can understand that maybe they were too liberal in the past and it cost them money but the correction is too extreme and will also cost them money because people like me just don't need the hassle. So Canadian Tire may improve but I'll never know it because I have decided to not return and I advise others of my reasons as well.

Well thats a gross generalization, you have had bad experiance therefore all are bad. Second what is unfair about the return policy it is on par with most places. please elaborate
