About a month ago I had new tires installed on both our vans, the service advisor told us that our cars were # 2 and 3 on the list ( we were there at 7.30AM) on a Saturday ad it would take approx 1.5 hrs to get the tires installed and balanced, 2.5 hrs later and they were just starting the work on our cars in total we had to wait over 4 hrs to get tires installed on two cars no compensation they made a mistake and had taken an other van ahead of ours no compensation noting but they tried to sell alkinds of unnecessary products and services. again buyer be ware it would have been less stressful to go to our regular shop and paid $25.00 more nad had the work done as promised again lesson learned for car service DO NOT GO TO CANADIAN TIRE there are better places to spend your money.
Who needs service at least not @ Canadiantire

That is exactly why this site exists. If there was nothing wrong with the practices at Canadian Tire, than this site wouldn't be as busy as it is and it certainly wouldn't be busier and busier each day.
