The store staff were rude and most unprofessional. I returned a box that had previously been opened ( purchased that way) as it was missing a saucer. I wanted to exchange it for another. Sounds simple right but I had a huge fight with the manager who quite rude and accused me of opening it myself and losing the part. What a crock! I told him that it was purchased that way and he denied it as they have no opened boxes or packages in the store. Excuse me? The housewares area had some opened boxes and it just so happens that the one I wanted was already opened. The nerve.
I left the store as I couldn't deal with the stores rudeness any further. The nerve of having someone accuse me of such nonsense was too much. It was the first time anyone has accused me of such nonsense as if I were to go through all that trouble to take out a saucer from a dish set. I have misplaced my faith and trust in canadian tire.
This complaint is not likely legitimate.
The file says she typed in the serial number of a Dremel tool to know when it was bought. there is NOT a system at Canadian Tire that will provide that information.
yah you're gonig to come back and say typical ct blame the customer. save your breath
You asked, and I'll answer ( since you don't like answering questions that prove you wrong each and every day).
It's a lie....there is no way a store types in a serial number....made up up story by a faker advocate...was it you, again?
