Staff at customer service was rude and ignorant. Manager was the worst. I will never return to this location as long as the staff who looked after the desk on the 28th of dec continue to handle people and events in such a negative manner. I would sooner drive into Calgary then to support such a negative atmosphere.
I think it's great!! It's the ones who complain who end up being the customers trying to ruin Someones day by acting rude. Then to come into the stores without receipts and cause a stink because the store won't return their product.
