How much you want to bet that faker advocate got his ass wupped by some 16 year old returns clerk and then was banned from the store for being a jerk. LOL....would explain a lot.
Why don't you grow the fuck up. You're right, I didn't remember in the last 7 months, until I stumbled upon this website, then I click on my store and seen this. I'm not gonna sit here and try to prove to you that it was me that served this customer, believe what you want. Some people have to realize that we had rules we have to follow.

I can see why this store has such a bad rating - well-deserved.
And, hey, it was you who bragged about having a good memory. Now you 'swear' you don't. Which is it? You should really decide on one store, then post consistenly. You won't need to make constant retractions that way. Just an idea.
Not to worry, though. You've got a few months still to go, before you can resume jerking around people who want to add a second pair of snows to their vehicle.
In the meantime, you can just be satisfied refusing reasonable refunds on crappy products you sold.
Do you think Crappy Tire likes to hire people with hostility issues?
Or do you think jerking people around all day, eventually leads to anger management issues?
Either way, these people may well have had 2 pairs of snows already, and needed to replace one pair, because of a nail in the side-wall, or excessive wear on one pair.
Oh, and where's this "by-law" saying that stores "can't sell 2 winter tires"?
Seems like somebody with only 2 should be able to get another 2. And, somebody who's got 4, but want to replace just 2, should be able to get another 2.
That alleged 'by-law' just doesn't make any sense.
Sounds like one of those things the Crappy People are constantly making up, to try to sound like they don't really suck.
Well, the issue has been resolved, once and for all.
Junior member MBCTer is really, really sure that all the other CT people are wrong, there is no such by-law, the store should have sold the customer 2 winter tires, and the store should have mounted the 2 winter tires.
Of course, if there were already 2 winter tires in the other 2 positions, the store should have installed the 2 new winter tires, too.
Like I said before, I didn't know about this joke of a website 7 months ago. You can go ahead and think I'm making it up, I really don't care. And just to let you know, the reason our store has such a crappy rating on this website, is because its for people like you that can't return something to come here and cry. Our store actually has a very good rating. Our store came 2nd! That's right, 2nd place of all of Ontario for customer satisfaction and sales. And just so you know, I enjoy making a customer happy. If you come into our store, I'll be sure to ask you if you need help, and go out of my way to make you happy.
First thing. To the guy putting up such a stink about tires. I'd never put just two new tires on my vehicle. Doesn't take a genius to realize that it's not the greatest idea. Regardless if the other two are winters or not. Personally, I go elsewhere for my tires, my choice though. I'm pretty sure they would back this up. It's the only thing literally between the road and your car. Quit being so cheap and stupid.
The store has every right to refuse you. It's their business. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. Then, hopefully, next time I'm at their store I won't have to sit and listen to some whiny customer who has half a brain.
CT in Bowmanville: Great store, never had any issues with any of your employees! Can't wait for the new one!
Whiny customer: Go somewhere else. Anywhere. No one cares.

Interesting theory: the customers who don't like bad service are "whiners".
You would "never put just two new tires on", huh? What if you got a nail in the side-wall and it wasn't repairable? You'd get four new ones? You sound more like a tire salesman than a customer.
"Go somewhere else"? That basically the whole point of this site: there are many superior options to Crappy Tire, who treat customer so badly, time and again.
Enjoy our time in Crappy Tire - I'm sure they'll be glad to see you.

Yeah, that's why there are so many sucks.com sites and the like. I'm sure they are all better than CTC. Basically, billions of shopping experiences, and a small meaningless percentage of complainers. There will always be the fringe, they just aren't all that credible given the math and all. All those shoppers, and so few relative complaints. Kind of sounds like 99.9% of customers are satisfied. Damn that math!

All those millions and millions of happy customers, and of course, one of Canada's most trusted brands. All that math, faker advocate just doesn't like it.

This crappy store in little Bowmanville has "millions and millions of happy customers" every year?
Please provide some proof of your unsubstantiated claims - without lumping this crappy store in with customers from all the other stores across Canada.
Be sure an include all the unhappy customers, too - if you have time, LOL!
But based on the ratings this store got on this site?

Actually, the only complaint on this site was posted by a faker advocate and came from another site.
So let's do that math again....Canadian Tire has millions of customers in a month, my guess is that the Bowmanville store has between 20000 and 30000 customers a month and here we have one complaint on this site, that actually came from another site.
That minuscule percentage is even embarrassing for a faker advocate.
