Glad I found this site since Canadian Tire does indeed Suck. This is an ugly company which on a daily basis writes a new high in low when it comes to customer service.

Because of their repair only policy on a number of their items DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUM BUZZARDS.

I bought a pressure washer from them and had a tuff time with returning it after only a second use in which the unit malfunctioned. Bought a Honda powered one from the service depot which handles CT warranties and repair and the fellow there told me NEVER to buy from them. Their KRaP always falls apart.

Burned one time, never again. Their managers are nothing but business bums. If you are an employee of CT do yourself a favor.....get a more respectable job so that the public doesn't look at you funny. Mostly however get another job for your own self respect.

This company should be out of business period!

You probably won't be surprised to learn that the most-viewed thread on this site is about the dreaded Repair Only Warranty:

But there are lots of other terrible policies that you might not even know about yet, and many auto repair horror stories.

Plus, you'll run into a few people who confess to being Owners and Managers, who constantly post lies and misrepresentations here.

It's all quite entertaining!
