I would like to agree with this complaint. I have gone into the Duncan BC branch periodically over the years and the service is terrible. They have relocated to a huge new store and it has just got worse. Today I was at the "customer care" desk for about 5 min. with no-one in sight to help. Then I spotted a green button on the side of the counter that said "ring for service" Tried it and waited another 5 min. and no-one came, so I left in frustration. This epitomized how much they care for their customers. I will not return unless I have no alternative.
This does not apply to every branch because I've been to the one on Shelbourne Ave in Victoria....a shitty, cramped store, but the staff are great....I'll definitely go back there. I hope someone in CT reads this and understands that having brand new, shiny stores isn't going to make the difference, the employees will.
By the way, I am the owner/operator of a drugstore that is the part biggest Canadian drugstore franchise and not some disgruntled ex-employee. I would appreciate this feedback from customers, I hope you do.
