The issue is Crappy Tire hiring the cheapest help they can get (students), and then not training them to handle the responsibilities they are given.
We've heard clearly on this thread how they cope: giving up, making up answers, or in a few cases, taking on these adult responsibilities themselves, and trying to learn on their own how to serve customers.
The Crappy Dealers simply shirk their responsibilities, and let others clean up their messes.
So typical of the Red Triangle of Crap - no wonder it's upside down.
