Instead, the Crappy Dealers verbally attack them, and always claim that the employee is merely 'disgruntled' and shouldn't be believed. The Crappy Dealers want consumers to disregard what (ex)employees have to say.

The Crappy Dealers want other consumers to disregard what other consumers have to say, too.
