If it was a CT problem, why did the Government pull the plug on the program?

Why not just close every business that has a customer complaint. Wait, we'll only leave businesses open that have zero complaints...LOL. Silly faker advocate, Trix are for kids. Over 600 sucks.com sites, plenty of complaint blogs, not one major company that has a 100% satisfaction rate....and you still think you are unique and relevant, like you're the only one that matters. LMAO...kind of makes you wonder why the federal competion bureau or consumer protection ministries haven't gone after CTC or any other retailer for their illegal return policy, in contravention of the CPA, apparently. Kind of makes you wonder why not....it's only been 7 years since the last changes to the CPA. And no mention from better business bureaus or even the ministries own site? Interesting.
