Hi.

There isn't a single "Q&A" thread, where the Crappy Tire people can post questions for consumers to answer.

I keep seeing these kinds of questions scattered around this site, so I thought it would help if we had one place for them.

For instance, "What are the top 20 retailers in Canada". Stuff like that.

I've also seen various requests from the Crappy People for consumers to post their opinions on various topics. This could be a useful place for that, too.

I hope that if the Crappy People are sincere and respectful, they will get the information and opinions they seek.

i think they should do their own damn research

they just twist peoples words anyway

why help them out

could cut down on their whining though

when people dont do their grunt work for them

I love when faker advocate brings out his multiple personalities to answer his own posts....hilarious!

Every so often, he let's his meds slide and the plethora of fake posts come flying through.

Why would I need anyone to do research for me? YOu're a consumer whiner who's experience is limited to shopping, and whining on the internet.

I am an expert retailer with almost 15 years experience running a successful multi million dollar retail franchise.

I'm fairly certain one of us knows ....... and one of us speculates, guesses and offers opinions. I put everything I own, and the mobility and livelihood of my wife and children on the line to be here, so you can bet that I didn't do that without understanding the business, the rules, the regulations etc.... that we are bound by.

We get it that you don't like Canadian Tire, and that no matter what really goes on in 480+ stores every single day, you will have your own opinions. YOu are entitled to those opinions based on whatever, but it does not make you correct, factual and it surely doesn't mean that the experience that you had that pissed you off is a reflection of every transation that happens every day.

Your opinions are biased, your thinking is clouded and your judgement is impaired by your inability to reason factually.

Luckily for me and my Canadian Tire cohorts on here, I have a parking lot full of cars and a store full of customers and it's not even noon yet. Those people prove every single day that your opinion is just that, only an opinion, and that hundreds of thousands of people across Canada CHOOSE Canadian Tire every single day. They are not forced to be here, they have other options to shop less then a few hundred yards away across the parkign lot, across the street and across town, and they still are faithful to the red triangle. Why is that?

It's been that way for decades and it will continue to be that way for decades to come.

Sorry, I can't answer that one for you. Maybe you should stop posting questions, then. Just a thought.

Since you asked, I believe it's because they haven't yet realized how much your policies suck.

While we're on the subject, I also believe you Crappy People already know this, which is why you try so hard to disguise your actual policies, lie about your policies being more generous than they really are, and lie about other retailers by claiming that they are just as crappy as Crappy Tire.

The surprising thing is, how, once you Crappy People finally admit just how much crappier your own policies are, seem to be actually proud of that fact, and are glad when consumers take their business to your competitors, in order to have better return options, and recourse for defective products.

Just my opinion, though. But thanks for asking!

LOL.....the opinion of a faker advocate....NOW that's worth something!

Don't forget to donate

Lots of sucks.com sites to choose from.

Amazing arrogance by a retailer. It is pathetic that a manager would show disdain for his customers and not some level of concern.

I am also quite sure this expert retailer is no expert on the Internet and will not understand how information will slowly kill him - the truth does prevail. I have never been to this site before today but it came up high on google results when I was troubleshooting a problem with a product I bought at CT.

I have lived most of my life in America and liked CT when I first moved to Canada. But after being fooled by their fake sale prices and disappointed by the product quality I am leery of shopping there.

It's too bad because they could do a lot better.

Nice fake post. Faker advocate is on a roll today.

Even if it were fake (which it's not), the statements are all valid.

So, any more questions or requests for opinions from the Crappy People?

Angry CT Guy is frothing at the mouth more than usual, with all these rabid "faker" comments.

If Angry CT Guy doesn't want to hear customers' opinions, why does he keep asking for them?

And why is he still reading this site?

It can't be all that easy, with so much mouth-foam dripping off the monitor ...

Actually no, it's all true. The product in question is the simoniz pressure washer. It probably isn't as crappy as the reviews have it on Canadian Tire's web site. But now the nozzle is spurting water and needs to be replaced. CT doesn't have the right replacement so I needed to google for it and this web site pops up.

I looked around a bit and I was interested to see how a CT employee would explain their policies, etc. Then I read the post above so I had to share my experience as older adult who has more recently started shopping at CT. I don't have any grudge against CT since they have been OK with returns. I have felt ripped off by their sale pricing strategy and as I say, unhappy with product quality at times.

Fake posts are so easy to spot...how can CT not have the replacement part? Simoniz is only made for CT...it is an in-house brand, no one else would have it....faker moron.

Well, I'm not an expert at procurement or anything, but I'll offer my best guess, to help you out.

I know lots of times stores are out of stock on items, including things like pressure washers.

Let's say the Quality Control on wands is really bad for a while, but Simoniz doesn't care, because the stores agreed to never, ever give a customer a refund or exchange.

So, there would be a 'run' on those replacement parts, so stores would have trouble keeping them in stock.

There sure are a lot of complaints about these Simoniz pieces of junk, on other sites, but also on the most-popular thread on this site:

https://www.canadiantiresucks.net/personal-stories/68-simoniz-scam.html

That's just one example.

Or maybe Simoniz really is a messed up company (for example), and can't make enough spare parts for all their screw-ups. Or else they just aren't any good at filling orders for spare parts. That would explain it.

One more idea.

Maybe our American friend bought it a while ago, and it was one of the few units that actually survived a few uses. Then maybe the crappy warranty on the crappy pressure has run out, so he's trying to get old parts for an old model, that isn't really stocked anymore.

Ok, Hope that helps!

Anything else on your mind? 'Bring it on!'

I like how faker advocate posts a fake consumer story so that he can throw his opinions out as truths....so easy to spot.
Tsk, Tsk faker advocate
Don't forget to donate....they take PayPal in U.S. Dollars....lol

Sorry, what's the question?

We there a genuine American who posted here about how CT sucks? Apparently so.

Is reasonable to assume that every person who posts a story about CT sucking somehow fake? No, that's not reasonable or rational.

Is it possible that lots of consumers have stories about CT sucking Yes! Other sites have them, too!

Is this a suitable place for consumers to post their opinion? Yes! In fact, the whole site is for that purpose!

Is donating here a good idea? Yes! Help support this worthwhile cause!

Thanks for the 'plug'!

All right asshole - I will beat you into the ground because I am telling the truth. You have a little problem that many people have which is thinking like a lawyer - that means you construct your view of the world based on your biases and beliefs instead of being willing to look at evidence objectively.

I bought the S1700. The product no. is 39-8673. It was not clear when I went on the canadiantire.ca site if the replacement nozzles or guns Canadian Tire offered would fit. I called the manufacturer for troubleshooting advice and was told that I couldn't buy the part from the store.

You clearly are a liar or just don't know what you are talking about. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish by calling me an advocate, BTW - that's a term a lawyer would use.

What part didn't you understand? Simoniz is Canadian Tire....there is no other retailer that sells that product and you can get every nozzle and hose at CT. Faker, because your story doesn't ring true. Oh and by the way, those products have a 2 year warranty and you wouldn't have to pay for a nozzle or hose....replacements have been kept in the stores for years for just such an occasion...no cost to the customer.
Sorry, sounds like a faker advocate post to me....not all the facts, but certainly an opinion. And now threats of violence.
Tsk,Tsk

Yes, I can't wait until you go to the authorities and tell them that you have been threatened by the truth.

As I said before, I don't have a grudge against canadian tire. I just don't like your disrespect of customers that I have discovered reading this thread. I am sure the vast majority of CT employees are not as narrow-minded as you. Why would you even say the things about customers that you have said here?

Canadian Tire does not list the replacement part I need and when I call the manufacturer they say the part is not stocked in the store. I have given you the information about my machine. If you can prove me wrong I am very happy to go buy it at the store.
